Decorated Albany St. quarterback Stanley Jennings may be adding some more hardware to his trophy case. In addition to being named the SIAC player of the week. The senior is one of four nominees up for the HSRN's Division II National Player of the Week award for his performance against Wingate. Jennings threw for 307 yards and 4 touchdowns. Valdosta St. linebacker Ryan Smith has been named as the Gulf South Conference player of the week after leading VSU to a 24-17 win over Newberry last Thursday night. Smith was all over the field and finished with 11 tackles, 2 for a loss, to go along with 2 interceptions.
