ALBANY, GA (WALB) - For the second time in four months, The Dougherty County School board has fired the system's Director of Human Resources.
Monday night, the board voted to fire Tracy Williams after she had an argument with another employee at work last week.
There have been multiple complaints against Williams. Her personnel file includes a letter of reprimand criticizing the way she communicates with employees.
In May, the school board voted to fire her, but a couple of members weren't at that meeting. The decision was reversed two weeks later by the full board.
