STEWART COUNTY, GA (WALB) - A motorcyclist died in one of two accidents that occurred on the same road.

State Troopers say 40-year-old Ricky Moses and his brother were riding on Highway 280 from Richland to Lumpkin just before 9:00 Saturday night.

Moses lost control off his bike and skidded off the road. When his brother went to check on him, another car come over the hill and hit them both.

Moses died. His brother, 43-year-old Alonzo Williams, was sent to the hospital. Troopers say he's expected to be okay.
