One crook on the wrong track got caught red handed.
Michael Kingsley Brown, 30, was arrested Wednesday morning on the railroad tracks beside Albany Auto Salvage yard.
Police believe he was trying to steal scrap metal from the building. He tried to drive down the tracks to get away and his pick up truck got stuck.
Workers at the salvage yard say criminals often target their business.
Paul Bruce, an employee at the Albany Auto Salvage Yard, "Its off and on, even with the dog and the security guard; its been better they still find some new way to get in."
Brown is charged with criminal trespass.
