A Dougherty County Grand Jury indicted Wyakemaia Holliday on 43 counts of theft by taking Thursday morning.
As a fine collection clerk for Professional Probation Services, Inc., Holliday is accused of pocketing $15,000 in fines paid by citizens who were convicted in Albany Municipal Court.
Prosecutors say that she kept the money dating back to January of 2009.
Professional Probation Services has already reimbursed the city for the amount Holliday is accused of taking.
