AMERICUS (WALB ) - Police are investigating after an Americus teen ended up in a coma due to alcohol poisoning.
Police were called to Phoebe Sumter Hospital last week after a 15-year-old boy was placed on life support after consuming an extreme amount of alcohol.
The boy recovered and is out of the hospital now.
Investigators believe the teen got the alcohol from an adult.
They've questioned people but have not made any arrests.
