Albany gets new wing restaurant

One of the ten fastest growing restaurant chains in the country is coming to Albany.

Buffalo Wild Wings submitted plans for a 5,000 square foot grill and bar at the southern end of Walden Place Shopping Plaza, at the corner of Nottingham Way and Ledo Road.

It's a sports bar that serves everything from wings to salads.

The popular chain hopes to have the new restaurant open by the Christmas shopping season.

The space is empty now and was built to suit a restaurant. The planning department is currently reviewing the plans.
