A sixth suspect was arrested late Wednesday afternoon in Tuesday's attack on an Albany police officer.
Albany Police announced late Wednesday night that Gang Unit officers picked up David Stephens in the 500 block of 9th Avenue around five o'clock.
Five other suspects were already in jail accused of shooting at Officer Dillard Glover as he responded to a 911 call on East Residence Avenue Tuesday morning.
Police are still looking for one other suspect, Rolando Frazier.
