MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

We now know two people were arrested in connection with a bomb threat that forced the evacuation of all Colquitt County schools yesterday.

Jerome Osby is charged with hindering a criminal apprehension. Investigators say he was harboring Xavier Sims, who is charged with making the threatening phone call.

Sims appeared court today charged with terroristic threats, transmitting a false public alarm,  and 14 counts of disrupting a public school. He was denied bond.

Osby is free on bond. All 8,700 students were evacuated from the County's 14 schools Tuesday.
