There are seven men accused of shooting at an officer on East Residence. Three of the accused gang members, will face a judge for the first time Wednesday morning. While the other three are still on the run.

APD says Roger Antonio Farmer Jr. was arrested Tuesday night at the Regency Inn. There is a reward for information that will help police catch those still on the run.

This all started early Tuesday morning, after a 911 call dispatched, cops to the 1200 block of east residence; because of gunshots. Once the officer arrived, he saw a group of men who started to shoot at him.

He was unharmed and his police cruiser's back window was shot out. Police say a handgun and a rifle were used to fire several shots.

After questioning, 21-year-old Cortavis Davis, 23-year-old Michael Alonzo Davis, and 22-year-old Sean Frazier were in police custody. @

But this isn't Mr. Frazier's first run in with the law. He was arrested and charged at the Coconut Lounge last year for gang participation and aggravated assault.

Frazier was also wanted for questioning, in a murder that took place at Brick House Production in the same year.

Across state lines, this same man was arrested, during a drug bust in Panama city Florida. Frazier now sits behind concrete walls, and police need your help, in bringing the rest to keep him company.
