Commercial space along Westover Boulevard that's been vacant for more than a year will once again be buzzing with customers soon.
Brad Stafford owner of the Badcock Furniture locations in Dawson and Albany confirms he'll move his North Slappey Boulevard store into the old Haverty's building by October.
Crews were out over the weekend and today working on the property.
Stafford says it will give the store double the floor space it has now and allow Badcock to offer customers a larger on-site selection.
He hopes to be open at the new location by October first.
