The Albany Deli and Food Mart was hit with their 3rd robbery in 3 years. Police say that two gunmen walked into the store around 3pm Saturday afternoon demanding money after forcing the employee to empty the register. The suspects fled the scene into a white Crown Victoria.

The owner, Jolly Singh, says, "There was a robbery last year they broke in two times in one week and last time it happened was in 2008 I think it was actually in August. Its just crazy I don't know it just keeps happening I don't know what to say it just keeps happening."

The store has improved it's security systems, put up bars, and hired more employees for the night shift but this time robbers are working in broad daylight.
