An open forum tonight at Albany tech gave veterans a chance to speak their minds about problems with Department of Veterans Affairs clinics and hospitals.
State Senator Freddie Powell Sims put the forum together after hearing complaints from constituents.
US Senators Saxby Chambliss and Johnny Isakson and Congressman Sanford Bishop sent representatives to listen to the vets tonight.
"Hopefully after tonight's forum we as representatives will be in a better position to explain to both clinics what the issues are," says Kenneth Cutts representative of Rep. Sanford Bishop.
Some Veterans urged others to keep detailed records of all their doctors visits and problems. They say that's the only hope of solving any of their issues.
