Two Albany police officers were involved in a wreck shortly after 2am this morning. Officers Alex Guy and Gregory Gadt are at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital following the wreck. Right now we don't know their conditions.

They were responding to a burglary call, driving down West Oglethorpe when a car traveling north on Davis Street came across the intersection. Officer Gadt swerved to avoid hitting the car, and lost control of the patrol car. The wreck is being investigated.
