Posted: Updated:

We now know the identity of a man who was found dead inside a burning truck in Berrien County.

Investigators say 31-year old Carlos Robinson of Valdosta was murdered and the rental truck he was in was set on fire.

Tears filled Edmund Robinson's eyes as he talked about his brother Carlos Robinson who was murdered. He says they were close. He saw him the Monday night before his body was pulled out of a burning truck off Barker Road in Nashville.

"He ain't say anything about going to Nashville," said Robinson. "He told me he was going home."

By using DNA, the body was identified as Robinson.

"I had a feeling it was him," said Robinson.

Edmund Robinson believes he was killed in Valdosta and his body taken to Nashville.

"I feel like it happened here," said Robinson. "That's why the GBI has been investigating down here too."

Len Davis and Tavarus Johnson were charged with murder.

"We know Len and that Tavarus, one of them cut me up. Stan cut me up back in 2006 because they we're trying to jump on my brother and I wouldn't let them," said Robinson. "I hope he gets the death penalty."

Three others Euradell Terry, Brandy Stone, and Sabrina Naraine are charged with arson and tampering with evidence among other charges.

Robinson says most people knew his brother as "Wimp."

"He just liked to have fun we kicked it a lot."

He says it's not only a brother he lost, but a best friend.

Carlos Robinson's cause of death has not yet been determined.
