Two Albany men are indicted for a gang shooting that wounded an Albany woman.

They could get 90-years in prison if convicted of the charges.

The grand jury indicted Kenneth McMillian and Demetrius Zackery for aggravated assault, firearms, and gang charges.

Prosecutors say the two Crips were retaliating against Bloods when they opened fire in a drive-by shooting May 26th on Lipsey Street.

Prosecutors say an innocent bystander, Chastity Ford, was shot.

The defendant's trial likely will be scheduled for November.
