VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -
From the Lowndes Co. Sheriff's office-
Investigators from the Special Operations Division of the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office received information pertaining to the manufacturing of Methamphetamine at a residence located at 2910 Mud Tussle Road, Valdosta, Georgia.
Acting on that tip, the investigators met with the residents and subsequently conducted a search of the property. This search effort resulted in the recovery of approximately 1.8 grams of Methamphetamine and the components of a working methamphetamine lab.
Arrested were Jonathan Hill, 25, and Jeremy Phillip Brown, 31. Both persons were arrested and transported to the Lowndes County where they remain as of this release.
These persons will appear at an arraignment nearing this afternoon before a Lowndes County Magistrate Judge where a bond will be considered.
Brown is charged with:
Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act {Possession of Methamphetamine} – Felony
Criminal Attempt to Manufacture Methamphetamine – Felony
Hill is charged with:
Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act {Possession of Methamphetamine} – Felony
Criminal Attempt to Manufacture Methamphetamine – Felony
