VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -
A $5,000 reward is now offered in a three year old Valdosta murder case.
Back in 2008, someone shot and stabbed 43-year old Milton Jones and slit his throat.
His body was found at Payton Park.
Police don't know who killed him.
"We're trying to solve this case," said Valdosta Police Cmdr. Brian Childress. "I'm asking for help and I know there's people out there who have information about this case who we're asking to come and tell us and help us bring these offenders to justice."
Jones was seen driving a white, 1995 Dodge Ram pick-up the night of September 28, 2008 just an hour before he was found at Payton Park.
