Albany Police arrest a man for running in and out of traffic at a busy intersections asking for money.
Byron Staley is hard to convince.
Police say this is at least his fifth arrest at the same spot, and they've warned at least six other times.
About 1:15 Thursday afternoon Police saw Staley begging for money in the road at Gillionville and Slappey.
They arrested him for soliciting in a roadway.
We told you about Staley's last arrest 9-days ago and how officers are warning panhandlers to stay out of the road.
