Valdosta wins Dizzy Dean title

SOUTHAVEN, MS (WALB) - Valdosta/Lowndes County Parks and Recreation teams are looking for a sweep at the Dizzy Dean World Series.

The 10 and under team won two games against Louisville, Mississippi to win the minor all-star title.

The 12 and under team beat North Tampa Wednesday and plays for the championship on Thursday afternoon.
