MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

After deliberating for two hours and 45 minutes, a jury found a Moultrie teen not guilty on all counts, including murder, in the shooting of 18-year-old Juan Giron-Lopez.

19-year-old Maurice Lewis Welch was arrested in January 2010 in the shooting of 18-year-old Juan Giron-Lopez outside a home on Joe Louis Avenue.

Lewis Welch had been charged with felony murder, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and criminal attempt to commit a felony.

Two co-defendants in the case have already been sentenced and are serving prison terms.
