ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The disqualification of one team has changed the schedule for the state American Legion baseball tournament on Friday.
Instead of three games there will now be just two after Alpharetta Post 201 was disqualified for not having enough players to compete in the state tournament.
Loganville Post 233 will play Conyers Post 77 in the first game at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
Tournament host Post 30 will play Rockdale Post 77 at 7:00 p.m. on Friday night.
Leesburg Post 182 and Douglasville Post 145 both get first round byes.
Post 182 plays the Post 30/Rockdale winner at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday and Dougasville 145 plays at 10:00 a.m. Saturday against the Loganville/Conyers winner.
The bracket will be updated this weekend as play continues.
