A twist in an Albany murder trial Thursday afternoon. A juror was removed after being spotted talking with the friend of the defendant.
Ladiedra Judge is on trial for fatally stabbing her live in boyfriend, Contravis Holman, in January at their Pinson Road apartment.
Late Thursday afternoon Prosecutors said a juror was seen having a long conversation with Judge's friend during the trial's lunch break, and filed a motion to have the juror removed.
She was replaced by an alternate.
Thursday morning Judge took the witness stand, telling the jury she accidentally stabbed Holman while they were having a friendly food fight.
