Ladeidra Judge is on the stand to give her version of what killed her boy friend, 29 year old Contravis Holman.
Judge is telling the jury that she was involved in a "friendly food fight" with Holman, when he was accidentally stabbed in the neck with a steak knife.
Judge is charged with murder and aggravated assault, in the January death at their apartment on Pinson Road.
Her trial is expected to wrap up soon.
In another courtroom, Reginald Smith is being tried in absentia for pulling a gun on a cop.
Wednesday, he wouldn't behave during his trial, and repeatedly yelled and shouted in the courtroom. So the judge ordered him bound and gagged.
In the second day of the trial he again caused such a disruption that the judge kicked him out of his own trial, which is going on without him.
