An Albany woman, standing trial for the murder of her live in boyfriend, says his death was an accident.
Ladeidra Judge's lawyer tells the jury today that what started out as a "friendly food fight" ended with her accidentally stabbing 29 year old Contravis Holman in the neck with a steak knife.
Judge is charged with murder and aggravated assault, in the January death at their apartment on Pinson Road. Her trial is expected to continue through Thursday.
