It was September 2003 when the body of Candy Cook was discovered in a field near the Tift County airport. Her family believes someone knows who killed her, and they hope the person with that information will bring them the peace they need.

The search for a dangerous young gunman continues right now in Dougherty County.

This guy fired shots at a witness during a robbery.  It was all caught on tape.

Police say the robber, wearing an unusual get-up,  hit two east Dougherty County convenience stores late last night.

Take a look at this guy, wearing a woman's wig and sunglasses. First, he robbed the Pitt Stop on Sylvester Road

just before ten last night. The clerk gave him all the money. Watch what happens as he runs from the store. He fires two shots at a man who was just standing in the parking lot watching what was going on.

Dougherty County Police Detective Sgt. Chad Kirkpatrick said  "As the robber was leaving, the witness said something to the robber, like "Hey", because it shocked him. And that's when he fired two shots at him."

Luckily he did not hit the witness or his car with either shot.

After he fired the shots, the robber went just down the block to the Fast Lane, where he waved the gun at clerks and two customers and demanded money.

Tuesday afternoon, Investigators issued armed robbery and aggravated assault arrest warrants for 19 year old Tyrafred Campbell. Investigators say he lives in the area. Police describe him as armed and dangerous.
