ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Albany Panthers are still celebrating their Southern Indoor Football League championship.
The league champs though not getting any respect in the SIFL postseason awards.
Panthers defensive back Levance Richmond is the only Panther to earn first team all-league honors.
The Panthers did have four players selected to the second team.
They are receiver Antwone Savage, offensive lineman Aaron Wheeler, defensive lineman Tito Hannah and defensive back Demetrie McCray.
McCray and lineman Jacob Hardwick are attracting interest from Arena Football League teams.
McCray has a tryout later this week with the Georgia Force.
