South Georgia drivers aren't too happy to see gas prices rise after falling for several weeks.
GeorgiaGasPrices.com reports the average price for gas has jumped 13.2 cents since last week, bringing the state's average to $3.58.
The national average is $3.63 per gallon.
One driver told us how gas prices are taking a toll on her fixed income.
"Well I'm retired and that makes it even harder because I'm on a fixed income now. So, being retired and still having to come 40 miles for groceries or anything else we want to do, it makes gas prices a big part of our budget," said Ann Hudgins.
Gas prices are a dollar and three cents higher than this time a year ago.
