The Albany Police Department's Criminal Investigations Bureau would like to solicit the public's assistance with identifying and locating  a "person of interest" in an Entering Auto case.

Detectives believe he entered a vehicle that was parked at the Triple Diamond Lounge (1009 Clark Avenue) on June 26, 2011 at approximately 01:58 hours.

At that time, he took the victim's purse which contained a cell phone. And while in possession of the phone, he took a picture of himself and posted it on Facebook (picture shows suspect holding victim's cell phone).

He is described as a black male, about 18-25 years old. He has black hair and brown eyes, a mustache, and wears glasses.

Anyone who has information regarding this person's identity or whereabouts should call Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS or they can contact the Criminal Investigations Bureau at (229) 431-3288.
