A home invader got more than he bargained for at an east Albany home early this morning.
When police arrived at this home on Coves Court around daybreak. They found the suspect unconscious on the floor.
Police say 52-year old Roma Ban Gibson forced his way inside when Jennifer Samuels answered the door.
But then her husband Wendell came out. Fought with the guy and knocked him out.
Gibson was checked out at the hospital then transferred to the jail where he was booked on Aggravated Assault, simple battery, and cruelty to a child charges.
