Albany Police have one man in custody in the shooting death of an ASU student.

Twenty-six year old Stephen Lewis was picked up late last night.

He's charged with murder in the shooting death of 20-year old Bruce Mullen.

Mullen was gunned down in a breezeway at Hidden Oaks Apartments near Mock Road Wednesday night.

Mullen, who was from Macon, was a junior at Albany State. He was not enrolled in classes this semester. 

Police are still looking for 22-year old Joshua Johns.

Johns is 5'3" and weighs about 130 pounds. His nickname is "Lil Flick."

Johns was just released from jail May 27th on several charges including Burglary, Trespass, and Probation Violation.
