Agents raid south Georgia store

The Randolph County Sheriff's office worked with the Pataula Drug Task Force on an undercover operation that culminated with a raid Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators served a search warrant on the Country Corner store on Highway 82 in Cuthbert. They arrested Shilesh Patel and charged him with selling Spice, that's a synthetic form of marijuana that is now illegal Georgia.

Agents also seized six video gambling machines. No one is charged with gambling, but Sheriff Gary Yochum says that part of the investigation continues and charges could be filed.
