From the Lowndes Co. Sheriff's Office-
On June 24, 2011 the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office began investigating a child molestation.
On June 27, 2011 the following suspect was arrested: James Louis Kubicek III, age 29 of 6129 Boyette Road, Hahira.
Kubicek has been charged with Child Molestation, Aggravated Child Molestation and Aggravated Sexual Battery.
If anyone has any information concerning this investigation please contact the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division 229-671-2956.
