The Darton College Dance Company presents Cosmic Kinematics: The story of Mary Beth's Ballet. The one night affair was a one of kind event with live musical composition from the Albany Symphony Orchestra and poetry readings from Judge Loring Gray and WALB's own Karla Heath-Sands.

The story is an original production based on a girl and her doll that comes to life at night.

"Well I feel like Albany has a lot of arts but its kind of its hidden treasure here, so it's a great opportunity to combine three different art forms in one to get people who may not come to dance things come to dance things."

All proceeds from ticket sales will go towards the Darton Dance program and the enhancement of the materials used in the classroom.
