BROOKS COUNTY, GA (WALB) – A south Georgia woman who just graduated college was killed in a crash Wednesday after a job interview.

22-year-old Sha Wetherington of Lenox was traveling north on Talloakus Road in Brooks County around 11:30 this morning when she lost control of her Honda Civic and struck a tree.

Relatives tell us she graduated last month from Georgia Southern University where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority.

She was returning home from an interview in Valdosta.

Wetherington was wearing her seatbelt.
