Nathan Wayne Williams, a white man in his 20's, walked away from a grass cutting detail across the road from the Sumter County Correctional facility about 2:00PM Monday.
He is 5' 7", weighs 180 pounds, with blue eyes, has a shaved head, and has numerous scars and tattoos on his body.
Williams has a scar on his left arm, a scar across his nose, and has a tattoo of a sun on his right shoulder, and a rebel flag on his right.
He is serving time for theft by conversion from Union County.
