An Albany Housing Authority plan to revitalize a central Albany neighborhood gets a stamp of approval from city leaders.  Commissioners approved a resolution of support for the plan to transform McIntosh Homes into a thriving mixed income community called "The Oaks at North Intown".

After several shots were fired at the Sports Zone last week, Albany Police have arrested Lenall Frazier, 38, who has been charged with seven counts of Aggravated Assault, one count of Aggravated Battery, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Possession of Firearm during the Commission of a Crime.

APD is also asking for the public's assistance with locating Alfarus James Clay, age 38. He is only wanted for questioning.

Clay is a black man, about 6'0 feet tall and weighs approximately 247 pounds.

If anyone has seen Clay, they can call the Albany Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS or the Albany Police Department at (229) 431-3288.

APD Detectives say the incident was Gang related, so the case will be handled by the Albany Police Department's Gang Unit.
