16 year old Ladronda Hamilton pled guilty Monday to felony voluntary manslaughter in the June, 2009 stabbing death of 12 year old Shawn Williams after an argument at an Albany trailer park.
Hamilton was sentenced to 25 years in Prison, with 14 to serve. The victim's parent said that they would accept the sentence, but were not satisfied. They think Hamilton should serve life in prison.
Hamilton, who was 14 when she killed Williams, sobbed uncontrollably when she was taken from the courtroom.
