CUTHBERT, GA (WALB) -
The Georgia Court of Appeals upholds a decision against former Randolph County Superintendent Bobby Jenkins and set a date for him to report to jail.
The Supreme Court sent Jenkins' case back to the appeals court after finding no constitutional issues.
That court today upheld their initial ruling that Jenkins was guilty of willful contempt of court.
Jenkins was accused of not allowing board members to place items on meeting agendas and would not accept the majority vote of the board on issues.
Jenkins was ordered to report to the Randolph County Jail July 18th to serve the four days he was sentenced to serve.
