Sidney Bryant is an ambitious young man, he is active in the community, and in his church. But it's his love for film that sets him apart.

Bryant is shooting a feature length film he has entitled "Faith in the Midst of". He wrote the film two years ago and has been in the production process for a year. The screenplay is based on the spiritual faith of sharecroppers in the rural south of the 19th century

Bryant says that his choice of location is based on divine intervention and he was directed by God to film at the Tifton Agrirama.

And with this perfect location came much support and help from the community, his church Glorious Deliverance Family Worship Center in Fitzgerald and his own production company, Sidney Bryant Films.

Bryant will be submitting his final work to Birchwood pictures in California for distribution and promotions. Production is planned to cease by July 6 and the movie is set to release later this year.

From growing up in Coffee County many would say Bryant has big dreams and hopes but with the support of the community friends and church members his dream is becoming a reality.

There will be a casting call for over 150 people this Friday, all are welcome but for this scene the demographic of African American male is in demand.
