A Cook County man is in jail Monday accused of firing a shot at an officer which led to a standoff.

A neighbor claimed 69-year old Randall Brady fired two gunshots behind her home on Union Road just after 12 Sunday morning.

When deputies got there, they found Brady with a gun.

They say he fired a shot at an officer then ran to his house.

The Georgia State Patrol SWAT TEAM responded and used tear gas to get Brady to surrender.

No one was hurt. Brady is charged with three counts of aggravated assault on an officer.
