It was all about Bird Dogs at the Hilton Garden Inn in Albany this weekend.
The Dixie Trace Field Trial Association hosted their annual award banquet. The event covers over 18 bird dog field trial clubs in the Georgia, Florida and Alabama area and competes throughout the year in quail hunting.
One main advantage to this sport is the economic value it has to Albany.
The organization hope the influx of business will also bring more popularity to the sport.
The big winner of the night was Mr. Brent Cox and his dog Cox's Arc Fault.
