A Valdosta attorney is tossed off a federal drug case. Thursday federal Judge Hugh Lawson disqualified Nathaniel Haugabrook from representing Cornelius Wright.
The judge agreed with prosecutors who Haugabrook had a conflict because he also represents Isaac Camon who was arrested in Lakeland in March on drug trafficking charges.
Prosecutors call Camon a drug kingpin.
They say he hired lawyers for some co-defendants and those defendants may be discouraged from providing information about Camon if their lawyers are also his lawyers.
