ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  The waiting for the Albany Panthers is over.

The rematch with the Columbus Lions is set for this Saturday night in Columbus.

This game is the biggest in the Southern Indoor Football League in the regular season.

The winner will likely win the southern division and clinch the top seed in the eastern conference for the playoffs.

Both the Panthers and Lions have handed each other their only loss of the season.

The Lions beat Albany three weeks ago when the Panthers were short-handed on the defensive front.

The Albany defense is healthy and ready to go for Saturday's showdown.

Linebacker Larry Edwards said. "We don't like Columbus no way. Just the fact that they beat us makes it even worse. It makes this game even bigger so what that being said we know what's on the line. We know what we're trying to get, we know where we're trying to go."

Defensive back Demetrie McCray said. "They beat us and its our division game. They're our rivals and we know if we win this weekend we can host throughout the playoffs so I think that's real big and a lot of guys are getting up for it."

The Panthers play at Columbus Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Columbus Civic Center.
