Late Wednesday afternoon Colquitt County Sheriff's Investigators along with the GBI filed charges against a Colquitt County Hispanic man in a homicide from Sunday.

Investigators arrested 36 year old Moises Alvarino Victoriano and charged him with one count of murder.

30-year old Alfredo De la Cruz was found dead inside a pickup truck on J. D. Herndon Road Sunday.

Investigators will only say Victoriano contacted De la Cruz Sunday morning.  They're not releasing any details of what may have led up to the murder.

They did confirm De la Cruz was stabbed multiple times and that the two were acquaintances.
