PERRY, GA (WALB) - The late inning heroics continue for the Westfield Hornets.
Westfield's Wayne O'Neal hits a two run homerun in the bottom of the 7th to lead the Hornets to 5-3 in game one of the GISA AAA state championship series.
O'Neal's homerun came after Deerfield-Windsor's Chris Moates tied the game with a two-run homerun in the top of the seventh.
Deerfield-Windsor's other run came on a solo homerun by Michael Laslie in the top of the first.
Game 2 is at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in Perry.
If Deerfield-Windsor wins game 2, the two teams play game 3.
