A Florida man will be charged in a Lee County crash. State troopers say he was improperly stopped on U. S. Highway 19.

Wreckage was strewn all over the just before ten o'clock about a mile south of Leesburg. Kimberly Jones was driving south when she slammed into the back of a Dodge Dakota pick-up.

Troopers say Fredrick Baugh was stopped on the road with no headlights or flashers on. Jones and her baby son C. J. were taken to Palmyra Hospital. The child is fine.

His mother remains hospitalized in good condition after surgery.

Baugh is in fair condition at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. He's charged with improperly stopping on a roadway.
