
MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) - Colquitt County post player Brittany Taylor has made steady improvement during her days with the Lady Packers and her coach thinks Brittany will get even better in college.
Brittany Taylor signed to play basketball at Indian River Community College Monday morning.
Taylor was one of the top players on the glass in south Georgia this season.
She averaged eight rebounds a game and also averaged five points.
She is excited about the chance to join an Indian River team that has won three straight conference titles.
Brittany Taylor said. "Coach is going to build me. Being around players that have won. They have players coming up from last season that have won championships. It is going to build me to be a better player."
Colquitt County won a school best 18 games this season.
