ODESSA, TX (WALB) - The Darton golf team finished their 2011 season on a good note.
The Cavaliers shot the low round of the day at 291 in the final round of the NJCAA DI golf tournament.
The Cavaliers move up six spots to finish in 5th place.
Darton finished 15 shots behind tournament winner Indian Hills.
It is the eighth straight year Darton has posted a top five finish at nationals.
Darton freshman Joe Sakulpolphasian finished tied for second place at -1 and earns All-American honors.
