An Albany businessman is named Franchise Partner of the Year and will be traveling to Las Vegas next week to talk about his businesses success.

Frank Ross' Cinnabon location in the Albany Mall has been in business just a year and a half, but the business has received several accolades, including the most recent Franchise Partner of the Year.

Ross attributes his success to previous job experience and a good workforce.

"We try to merge a lot of experience that we've had in the past from our previous jobs and that's one factor, the other factor is just finding great people to build a great team of people so that they understand your purpose, your mission," said Frank Ross, Albany Cinnabon Owner.

Ross says the business couldn't be successful without the community's support. The business right now is helping to sponsor the Children's Miracle Network and hopes to do more to get involved in the community. Ross has a new location in Columbus, and is considering another franchise in Atlanta. He's also investigating the feasibility of a second location in Albany.
